QA / QC Introduction

Our factory is bulit strictly according to the standard of the electronics industry, and our company has a strict quality testing system, as well as advanced quality controling equipment. We conduct rigorous tests at each stage of production. From raw materials, components, production, delivery and packings, we have experienced qualified QC staff ensure quality control of each step.
IQC: inspection on incoming materials and components
IPQC: inspection at each production stage
FQC: inspection at ultimated products
OQC: prior-shipment inspection
Our customer's high requirements on the quality can be met continuously. Quality is always the core of our great concerns and long-term development.

Test Equipment and Facilities

Name: high voltage instrument; megger grounding equipment; power equipment tester Description: high voltage instrument; megger grounding equipment; power equipment tester make sure the performance parameter of our products are stability, if the workers find the unqualified products, they will bring these products to repair department, and after repaired, these products will be tested again.
